Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) – 2024 & 2025

Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) is a career-enhancing initiative for BCA and B.Sc graduates from 2024 and 2025 batches. This program allows students to pursue higher education in M.Tech while gaining real-time industry experience. Eligible candidates can earn a stipend of up to ₹23,000 per month and receive a ₹75,000 joining bonus.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation: BCA or B.Sc (Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, Physics)
• Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA in Graduation
• Year of Passing: 2024 & 2025
• Must have studied Core Mathematics
• Indian Citizenship required

📝 Stipend Structure

• 1st Year: ₹15,000 + ₹488 (ESI)
• 2nd Year: ₹17,000 + ₹553 (ESI)
• 3rd Year: ₹19,000 + ₹618 (ESI)
• 4th Year: ₹23,000

📑 Service Agreement

Candidates selected for the program must sign a 60-month service agreement. Leaving the company before the duration will result in a pro-rata recovery of the joining bonus.
