Job Description
Work from home with Amazon Customer Service. As a Virtual Customer Support Associate you’ll be the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat and/or email — resolving order, product, payment and website related queries using Amazon’s internal tools. Training and a full equipment package are provided by Amazon
What you’ll do
- Answer customer queries via phone, chat, and/or email.
- Research and resolve issues using Amazon’s internal tools.
- Deliver empathetic, accurate customer support to delight customers.

Basic Qualifications
